20x2 Character LCD White on Blue

Part Number: CFAH2002A1-TMI-JT

This parallel character LCD has 20 characters by 2 rows. It has white characters with a blue background and white L.E.D. backlight.

Four mounting holes allow this display to be integrated into your product. The 2x8 0.1" through holes allow for easy use with a standard header like the 8x2 Pin Dual Row Header.

• Form compatible with the CFAG19232C Series of Graphic LCD modules. Upgrade your product that uses this CFAH2002A1 character display by switching to the graphic CFAG19232C1, or lower your costs by replacing that graphic with this character module
• Available in several variations of backlight and polarizer (minimum order may be required)
• 8-bit or 4-bit parallel interface
• Industry-standard HD44780 compatible controller
