Yellow-Green 20x2 Character LCD

Part Number: CFAH2002A1-YMI-JT

This 2-row x 20-character display has yellow characters on a dark background. The 2x8 0.1" header makes it easy to integrate this display into your product. Plus, this character LCD has a Sitronix ST7066U controller, which is compatible with most character display controllers. That means existing code libraries will be easy to use with this display.

• Yellow/Green LED Backlight
• 6:00 o'clock view direction.
• 8-bit or 4-bit parallel interface.
• Industry-standard Hitachi HD44780 compatible controller: (Sitronix ST7066U)
• Operating temperature range is from -20°C to +70°C.
