Description:	The part number is changing to CFAP400300B1-0420. The only difference between the two parts is the controller reset sequence is slightly different. The CFAP400300B1-0420 needs to be reset three times instead of one.
Reason:	The controller for the display has shown to sometimes exhibit errors if it is not reset using the new sequence.
