Black on Green 24x2 Character LCDPart Number: CFAH2402A-YYH-JTSunlight readable 24x2 character LCD module with a yellow-green LED backlight. This display module has a transflective polarizer and a temperature range from -20°C to +70°C and a 6:00 o'clock viewing direction.
Available in several variations of backlight and polarizer  (minimum order may be required)
8-bit or 4-bit parallel interface
Industry-standard HD44780 compatible controller
