This is a 16x4 transflective/sunlight readable parallel character LCD with yellow-green LED backlight, STN Positive, and a transflective polarizer. Operating temps are -20°C to +70°C. A 6:00 o'clock viewing direction is best-suited for mounting at or below eye-level.
