This display is a great choice for a machine interface. The resistive touchscreen and the wide viewing angles (thanks to the IPS technology) make this display a great choice for countertop appliances, handheld devices that might get exposed to water droplets during use, or any project needing a mid-sized display with a touchscreen.

A single tail includes all of the display, backlight, and touch connections. This display can interface with either SPI or parallel.
