      16x2 Character Yellow on Black OLED Display

         This yellow on black 16x2 character OLED can easily replace an existing LCD character display.

Character displays make it quick and easy to integrate a display into your design by using the included font tables.

Features:
16 Characters on each of 2 rows
8-bit or 4-bit parallel interface
WS0010 Controller (very similar to Hitachi HD44780)
Operating temperature range from -40°C to 80°C.
RoHS Compliant.

Why switch to OLED technology?

Each OLED pixel emits light, so unlike traditional LCDs, no extra lighting is needed. This characteristic of OLEDs is beneficial because it means a slimmer and more energy efficient module. Plus, because an OLED pixel is either emitting light or completely off, the contrast ratio is fantastic and the display can be read at extremely wide angles.
