128x128 graphic LCD module
Built-in Toshiba T6963C or compatible controller
128x128 graphic mode --or-- 21 x 16 text mode using built-in 5x7 Character Generator ROM.
Available in several variations of backlight and polarizer  (minimum order may be required)
