3.2" 240x320 Resistive Touch TFT LCD

Part Number: CFAF240320B1-032T-TS

This 3.2-inch diagonal full-color (262K) 240xRGBx320 TFT display module with resistive touch-screen will add some pizzazz to your design.

Thanks to the built-in Sitronix ST7789V or compatible controller, only a single 3.3v supply is needed for both power supply and logic. Electrical connection is simple as the display tail mates with a ZIF connector.

• Detailed images on this TFT display are sharp and bright with a typical contrast ratio of 500:1.
• Choose from host interface of 8-bit or 16-bit parallel.
• The display module's 45-pin FFC/FPC flexible cable mates with standard 0.5 mm ZIF sockets such as 45 Position, 0.50mm Pitch ZIF Connector
• The 12:00 o'clock viewing direction (polarizer viewing direction) can be used in portrait or landscape orientation.
• Temperature operation range is from -20°C to +70°C.
